“ The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The food was so good I had a hard time finishing it. I had ordered two steak classics with provolone and extra steak. It was devine! “ Who knew?! This Bruchi's sells ice cream! Huckleberry for me today. I got the classic chicken and it was excellent. The same price as a burger but twice as good. The drive thru was quick and the girl at the window was super friendly. I highly recommend going here for lunch and more! ”
“ We are new to the area. We are from TX. So... we definitely know a good smashburger. We came through the drive thru around 4:20pm. Let me just say that everything was delicious. Whoever worked the grill today ... keep it up. The cashier was kind and patient as we decided on what we wanted. Yes, I can see some reviews around the time it takes .. yes we sat there waiting for a while. But not super long. People this isn’t McDonalds they make it fresh. If you’re in a huge hurry run to one of the many fast food chains. They will be happy to throw a frozen puck in the microwave. Please have patience with people. Especially our young workers. They are trying their best. I will take quality over quality any day. Keep up the great work guys. Ignore all the Karen’s! I can promise you will not be able to please everyone. The steak vs onion ratio was perfect! If I knew it was going to be that great, I would have tipped them 100% of the cost! Thank you, thank you! ”
“ The bad reviews on here are ridiculous. People complaining they have “been there several times” then had one bad experience out of several and leave a bad review. Heaven forbid someone has a bad day or staff calls out and they’re short staffed or something and didn’t have time to take out the trash during a rush or something. I have been grabbing lunch here for a few months. I get a Caesar salad with extra chicken. It’s only 12, a great price in today’s world and it’s very filling and high protein with the extra chicken. My perfect lunch on the way to work. The staff is friendly. Food has always been good. I don’t care if a trash is full sometimes and they haven’t had a chance to take it out. More important that they focus on food and serving customers and do that in their down time. Who cares what’s on the floor when people are cooking and serving you. When you cook at home you never drop stuff on the floor and wait to clean it up when you’re done?! Who cares for crying it loud. They’re making your food on a clean counter not on the floor. Ok rant about the Karen’s over. Give them a try. I think they’re very affordable for fast food when even McDonald’s is 8 for just a burger! They’re priced affordable, good food and friendly staff working hard. ”
